Lawyers for dozens of fresh applicants claim that crimes with victims as young as 9 and 14 years old occurred during Comb’s notorious “White Parties.”

A group of lawyers declared on Tuesday that they will be bringing over 100 cases against Sean Combs for sexual assault. This is a significant legal action that seems to have few, if any, precedents in the #MeToo age. The number of allegations of sexual abuse against the troubled music producer, better known by his stage name Diddy, would skyrocket as a result of the litigation.
At a press conference in Houston, lead attorney Tony Buzbee declared, “The biggest secret in the entertainment industry, that really wasn’t a secret at all, has finally been revealed to the world.” “This has now breached the wall of silence.”
Combs Hit with 120 Sexual Assault Lawsuits:
Andrew Van Arsdale, who successfully defended hundreds of victims in a sexual assault case against the Boy Scouts of America, will also represent the plaintiffs. He described the upcoming files as “unprecedented in scope” during a Washington Post interview.
According to Van Arsdale, the age range of Comb’s alleged victims at the time of the crimes was 9 to 38, with about equal numbers of males and women. During the 2000s and 2010s, when Comb’s fame was at its peak, there are 20 years of claimed attacks. Following Combs arrest and denial of release last month, Van Arsdale stated that the victims felt forced to come forward, stating that the criminal charges validated their experiences after a number of them had spent years blaming themselves.
According to Van Arsdale, starting in the upcoming month, 120 distinct lawsuits will be filed in Florida, California, and New York.
Combs lawyer, Erica Wolff, refuted the charges in a statement on Tuesday.
“Mr. Combs cannot respond to every baseless accusation in what has turned into a careless media circus, as his legal team has made clear. Having said that, Mr. Combs strongly and completely rejects any allegation—whether true or false—that he sexually assaulted anyone, including children. In court, where the truth will be decided by the evidence, not conjecture, he looks forward to establishing his innocence and defending himself.
Dark Secrets of Sean Combs’ Parties Exposed:
According to Buzbee at the press conference, the reported assaults mostly occurred in New York, either in Manhattan or the Hamptons, as well as in Los Angeles and Miami. They included album release festivities and holiday parties, held at renowned locations, hotels, and private homes. Additionally, it was suspected that assaults had taken place during Comb’s well-known and popular White Parties, which he hosted on a regular basis in the early aughts.
“The time will come when we won’t use Sean Combs name. During the press conference, Buzbee stated, “And there are a lot names.”
“The people you won’t believe are the ones we’re going to reveal, supplied our investigators confirm and validate the information we’ve been given,” he went on. More than half of the accused victims, according to Buzbee, reported the attack to the police or to a medical facility. He added that toxicology testing revealed the presence of horse tranquilizers in the systems of some of the reported victims. Combs and his associates will also be accused in these lawsuits of threatening victims to stay silent, and doling out $10,000 hush money payments.
Combs Faces Mounting Allegations: Victims Step Forward:
According to Buzbee, over a third of the claimed victims are White, and the majority are African Americans. Twenty-five of the 120 claimed victims were underage at the time of the purported attacks. According to him, a few of the purported victims have communicated with the FBI.
Since his arrest last month on federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, Combs, who has typically rejected all allegations against him, has been sued for sexual assault almost a dozen times by both men and women. Since then, he has been detained without bond in a Brooklyn jail.
Following the arrest, the legal teams representing Buzbee and Van Arsdale urged prospective victims to come forward. According to Van Arsdale, they received almost 3,000 responses in a span of ten days. The group of lawyers reduced that amount to more than 100 cases that they could verify and deemed reliable.
In addition to serious sexual assault and abuse, Combs attorneys said they intend to charge him with false imprisonment, promoting drug-fueled sex, distributing video recordings, and abusing minors sexually.
Music Industry Scandal: High-Profile Allegations Unveiled:
Van Arsdale expressed his surprise at the parallels between the charges to The Washington Post. According to Combs, many of the accused victims were attempting to make a name for themselves in the music business when they got invited to an event he was hosting.
He said that the lawsuits will name a number of co-defendants, including members of Comb’s family, record labels, event venues and other partygoers. Van Arsdale told The Post that the accused associates include “household names,” despite the attorneys withholding further information about them from the press conference.
Reporters were informed by Buzbee that he intended to go after “anyone who engaged in any way” in the alleged assaults, including witnesses who “did nothing to report or stop it.”
Combs has been the target of numerous sexual assault complaints in the last year, many of which include allegations of drugging and trafficking, frequently during parties. These claims of physical and sexual assault date back almost to the present day, from the early 1990s.
Notable accusers include two of Comb’s former artists, Casandra Ventura (who goes by the stage name Cassie) and Dawn Richard, as well as producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who worked on Comb’s most recent record, “The Love Album.”
Many of Comb’s purported victims said that Comb’s forced them into sex acts and sold them by using his wealth, connections, and influence in the music business. In addition, the Grammy-winning producer and performer, who has recorded music under the aliases Puff Daddy and P. Diddy, has been charged with recording the alleged sexual assaults and exploiting the footage to intimidate his purported victims.
Agents from the Department of Homeland Security conducted raids on Combs Miami and Los Angeles houses in March. A 14-page grand jury indictment that was made public last month contained some of the materials that were found during the raids. Law authorities allegedly discovered drugs, defaced AR-15s and ammunition, and “more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant,” which they claim may have been used in Comb’s alleged “freak off” sex parties.
According to the federal indictment, these sex parties were typically the scene of sexual abuse and violence against Comb’s victims, and the victims were frequently filmed to put pressure on them to remain silent, which was unsealed after Combs was arrested Sept. 16 in New York.Additionally, the indictment claims that Combs covered up his allegations with the assistance of employees from his numerous media, entertainment, and lifestyle organizations.
In a Brooklyn jail, Combs is being held without access to bond while he awaits a trial that could result in a life sentence. He has refuted every accusation made against him as well as the allegations made in past lawsuits. After CNN released the tape in May, Combs acknowledged that he accepted “full responsibility for my actions” in the video, which showed him assaulting Ventura in a hotel hallway in Los Angeles.
Spencer Kuvin, a Florida-based lawyer who defended several women in lawsuits alleging sexual assault against Jeffrey Epstein, recognized parallels between Comb’s situation and that of the imprisoned film director Harvey Weinstein.
Ventura was the first victim to sue Combs last year, and he stated of accusers like her, “It takes one brave person to really step forward and then all of a sudden to finally start to open up.” It took place involving Epstein. And Sean Combs will experience it now.

He also filed a $750 million lawsuit against the rapper Travis Scott on behalf of the victims who died in a crowd surge at Scott’s Astroworld concert in 2021 (it was later settled). Former Houston mayoral candidate Buzbee also supported Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton during his impeachment trial last year, as well as former Texas governor Rick Perry, who was charged with abusing his position in 2014. Buzbee was a member of the defense team in the Deepwater Horizon oil leak case against BP in 2010.
In the 2023 settlement of the Boy Scouts of America sexual abuse case, Van Arsdale represented hundreds of clients. His law firm partnered with Abused in Scouting, a group of law firms that worked together to represent former Boy Scouts who claimed to be victims of sexual assault.

Lawsuits:

R&B singer Cassie Ventura accused Combs of raping, sex trafficking and abusing her in a 2023 lawsuit that was settled quickly. Disturbing video from 2016 that surfaced months later shows Combs physically abusing Ventura at a hotel. Combs issued an apology for the attack depicted in the video, leading Ventura to issue a statement regarding domestic abuse.
Raid by law enforcement:
As part of an investigation into sex trafficking, the Department of Homeland Security searched several of Combs residences in March.
